  • lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner,

Data processing on this website

We operate our website in order to give you an impression of our company and to facilitate your contact with us. In doing so, we pursue a legitimate interest according to GDPR. When you visit our website, data is automatically collected and processed in order to be able to display the desired contents, namely:

  • your IP address
  • the operating system used, the browser and the screen resolution
  • language settings
  • the page that referred you to us.

This data is stored in log files for 7 days and then deleted automatically. This type of processing is technically necessary; the Internet cannot function without it. Your visit to our site indicates that you, too, have an interest in this type of data processing. We therefore assume that the necessary conditions for data processing are given.

Web analysis tool Google Analytics

Scope of the processing of personal data

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyze the behavior of website visitors. In doing so, the website operator receives various usage data, such as page views, dwell time, operating systems used and the origin of the user. This data may be summarized by Google in a profile that is assigned to the respective user or their end device. Google Analytics uses technologies that enable the recognition of the user for the purpose of analyzing user behavior. Google Analytics does not use "cookies" in this integration, but its own anonymous and non-resolvable ID ("ClientId") without personal reference. In addition, Google Analytics cannot merge statistical data about the boundaries of the website with data from other websites. The information collected by Google about the use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. Insofar as the data collected about you is related to a person, this is therefore immediately excluded and the personal data is thus immediately deleted.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing of users' personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Purpose of data processing

We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained allow us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. Google also processes your personal data in the USA. The company implements the regulations of the EU standard contractual clauses and thereby offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law.

Duration of storage

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for our recording purposes. For Google Analytics, this is the case after 14 months.

Use of the contact form

If you contact us via the form or in any other way to make use of our services or to obtain information, we will store the data you send us until your request has been dealt with. After that we will delete it if we get the impression that you are not interested in continuing the contact

Data processing in the application procedure

If you apply for an advertised position or send us an unsolicited application, we will use the data you provide us with exclusively for this one application procedure. Only those employees in our company who are involved in the decision to hire you, such as management, human resources and line managers, will have access to your data.

Once a decision has been made, we will normally delete the data of the applicants not considered after 6 months. However, if we both are of the opinion that your application might become interesting again in the future, we will agree with you on a longer retention period and obtain your express consent.

Trade fair presentations

At our booth we want to develop new relationships with potential customers, suppliers and employees. If you give us your contact details, we will contact you and try to forge a relationship. If it turns out that we cannot establish a contractually regulated cooperation, we will delete your data immediately.

Storage duration

We will keep your data as long as our contractual relationship exists. We will delete them as soon as this basis is no longer given; however, we must comply with some prescribed retention periods, such as those from the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Tax Code (AO), or take warranty periods into account.

If you contact us yourself, whether as part of a technical inquiry, an unsolicited application, a visit to our trade fair booth or similar, we will only process your data for the exact purpose for which you contacted us. If the contact does not develop into a permanent contractual relationship, we will delete your data immediately.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information from us at any time as to what data we have stored about you. If this data is incorrect, we will rectify it immediately upon your notification. We will erase your data if you request us to do so unless there are legal obligations to the contrary (such as retention periods). In this case, however, we will restrict the processing.

If you still have the impression that our handling of your data does not comply with the legal requirements, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority. In our region, the responsible authority is:
