AMG Lithium is recently building a battery-grade Lithium Hydroxide facility in Bitterfeld-Wolfen/Germany. This new plant will upgrade technical-grade or low-grade Lithium Hydroxide to high-quality battery-grade Lithium Hydroxide. The purification requires, among other things, mechanical separation of foreign particles, crystallization, and removal of metallic magnetic impurities (MMI).
The initial annual production capacity of module 1 is 20,000 MT Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate. Thanks to its modular design, we can easily expand production by additional modules up to 100,000 MT annually based on market development.
